**APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PRESS PASSES FOR THE PRESTIGIOUS HAITIAN MUSIC AWARDS**
Press passes are available upon request for the following categories of media outlets:
(a) **Print Media**: This category includes local newspapers, national newspapers, college newspapers, magazines, and similar publications. Hyperlocal and alternative newspapers will be evaluated based on the same criteria as digital media.
(b) **Television and Radio**: This category encompasses AM, FM, satellite, local, and national television and radio stations.
(c) **Digital Media**: To be considered for internet press credentials, applicants must meet the following criteria. Requests that do not address these points will not receive a response:
– A website that publishes content on a weekly basis.
– At least two verifiable social media pages associated with the website (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, Twitter).
– One social media platform must have a following of over 10,000.
– Internet press credentials are limited to one pass unless you agree to publish a pre-event article about the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards, including a link to our website. If you agree to this, you may receive up to two passes.
(d) **National Media**: Nationally syndicated radio, television, or print publications that are not based in MIami, must also meet the digital media criteria to qualify for press passes.

Additionally, possessing a press badge does not guarantee interviews. If you wish to interview guests at the event, please reach out to us at 786-357-9558 or via email at haitianmusicawards@gmail.com in advance, as arranging interviews on-site may prove challenging.
The number of passes granted will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the PHMA. If you are awarded a press pass, we kindly request that you publish information about the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards prior to the event, if feasible.
Press credentials are issued with the understanding that the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards is a fan-centric event that values its attendees and guests. We ask that member of the press refrain from mocking attendees or guests or using the event as a platform for derisive humor.
While many of our celebrities have agreements for advance interviews, few have consented to on-site interviews. We are committed to assisting you in securing advance information and potential interview opportunities with the staff and/or guests of the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards. You will also be added to our mailing list for any related press releases.
**APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESS PASSES: **
Please note that your press pass is not approved until you receive a confirmation email from the PHMA Music Awards. Do not assume approval and arrive without confirmation. All approved press will receive confirmations prior to the event.

Due to the volume of applications received, submissions will not be accepted after the deadline. Media will be notified of their accreditation status no later than January 5, 2026.
