LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
This Special Merit, The Lifetime Achievement Award, is presented by vote of the PHMA BOARD to performers* who, during their lifetimes, have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance to the Haitian Music Industry.
