PRESTIGIOUS HAITIAN MUSIC AWARDS (PHMA) 2027 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 1. ELIGIBILITY PERIOD All submissions must meet the official PHMA 2027 eligibility period established by the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards. Only music, performances, projects, events, and professional achievements that occurred or were officially released during the eligibility period will be considered.
2. WHO MAY SUBMIT Submissions may be made by: Artists Bands and musical groups Record labels Producers Songwriters and composers Managers and representatives Promoters and event organizers DJs Media personalities Industry professionals Authorized representatives PHMA may also consider qualified individuals or projects through official industry recommendations or internal consideration.
3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Each submission must include accurate and complete information applicable to the category. Depending on the category, applicants may be required to provide: Artist or band name Contact information Category entered Song title Album or EP title Release date Music credits Producer information Songwriter/composer information Record label information, if applicable Official music or video links Streaming or distribution links Performance information Event information Venue and event date Attendance information, when applicable Social media or media links Supporting documentation
4. MUSIC SUBMISSIONS For music categories, submissions must include an official link to the song, EP, or album. Acceptable platforms may include recognized music streaming, distribution, or digital platforms. The submitted music must have been officially released during the established eligibility period.
5. MUSIC VIDEO SUBMISSIONS For Music Video categories, the submitted video must be an official music video associated with an eligible song. The submission should include: Official video link Song title Artist name Director Production company, if applicable Release date
6. ALBUM & EP SUBMISSIONS Album and EP submissions must meet the minimum requirements established for their respective categories. For example: Album: Minimum of 7 songs and 30 minutes where required by the category. EP: 3–6 songs with
