The Prestigious Haitian Music Awards (PHMA) is looking for passionate, dedicated, and energetic volunteers who want to contribute to the celebration and advancement of Haitian music and culture.

Volunteers are an essential part of the PHMA experience. From event production and artist relations to media, hospitality, marketing, and guest services, our volunteers help create an unforgettable experience for artists, industry professionals, sponsors, and guests from around the world.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Artist & Talent Relations

Assist with artist check-in, backstage coordination, schedules, transportation coordination, and artist hospitality.

Guest Services

Welcome guests, provide information, assist with seating, registration, VIP services, and general guest support.

Media & Photography

Assist media teams with interviews, photography, video production, press coordination, and social media content.

Marketing & Social Media

Help promote PHMA across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Event Production

Assist with stage management, event coordination, production support, rehearsals, and backstage operations.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

Support sponsor activation, VIP experiences, promotional materials, and partner relations.

Red Carpet & VIP Experience

Assist with celebrity arrivals, red carpet coordination, VIP check-in, media access, and special guests.

Awards Ceremony Support

Assist with award presentations, nominees, presenters, trophies, backstage coordination, and ceremony logistics.

Community & Outreach

Help PHMA connect with Haitian communities, cultural organizations, businesses, schools, and community partners.

No previous event experience is required for many volunteer positions. Training and instructions will be provided according to the volunteer assignment.
